They hugged, kissed and smooched some more like newlyweds to welcome the new decade. Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker and her San Antonio Spurs star husband Tony Parker are head over heels in love and didn’t leave each other’s arms for a split second as 2009 ended and 2010 began. Eva played hostess for the official grand opening gala night of her Eve nightclub that sits atop her just-opened restaurant Beso in the shopping palace Crystals at MGM’s CityCenter. Her BFF Mario Lopez and his girlfriend Courtney Mazza were right alongside for the 10 to 1 countdown. Eva even playfully polished Tony’s shiny bald head! They kissed and toasted at the midnight hour and, after welcoming in the New Year, watched the spectacular fireworks from Eve’s windows as they were fired off from Aria’s rooftop. Eve was packed, and Beso below and its outdoor patio were all turned into one happening hotspot for the party. Not even Aria’s intermittent fire alarm problems that caused the cancellation of Cirque du Soleil’s Viva Elvis preview show interfered with the party. It was a 48-hour, two-night, smash-hit opening for Eva’s chic hangout. Eva’s gal pal reality TV star Kim Kardashian had hosted a party at Beso the previous night. Overnight, Eva has become the belle of the ball and the toast of the town -- she is the newest star power on the Strip. Eva summed up: “It was an absolutely great night, a fabulous opening with everybody having the best time possible. This is Las Vegas at its best. I wish everybody peace and love and as much happiness as we both share with each other.” |

| Eva Longoria Parker, accompanied by her husband Tony Parker, hosted a New Year’s Eve bash and red carpet affair at her luxurious new nightclub Eve in Crystals at CityCenter. Eva and Tony welcomed in the New Year and watched fireworks out the window of Eve as they went off atop ARIA. They kissed and toasted and looked about as happy as a couple could be! Many other celebrities attended the event including Michael Strahan, Nicole Murphy, Peter Nygård and Mario Lopez with his girlfriend Courtney Mazza and sister Marisa. |

| For Eva Longoria Parker and gal pal Kim Kardashian, New Year’s Eve was celebrated 24 hours earlier all for the benefit of TV cameras and Kim’s crazed holiday travel schedule. The glamour girls recorded a New Year’s Eve toast from Eva’s Eve nightclub that opened last night ahead of tonight’s gala premiere for Carmen Electra’s Fox special being broadcast live tonight from Mandalay Bay Beach. Eva chimed in that her resolution is to spend more love time with San Antonio Spurs star husband Tony Parker, who will be alongside Eva tonight on the red carpet as 2009 ends and 2010 begins, and promised that at midnight, she’ll give me her real resolutions for the new decade. “Normally, we’re home for a nice dinner and his basketball game,” Eva said. “This year, I wanted to be in Las Vegas for our grand opening.” Kim hosted the pre-New Year’s Eve party last night at Eve above Beso in Crystals at CityCenter. Her close pal Brittny Gastineau joined her, and the two darlings walked the red carpet while enjoying Kim’s signature couture pops from Sugar Factory at The Mirage. After the cameras had wrapped, it turned into a night of early Strip star arrivals celebrating the holiday weekend. Will.I.Am and Apl.De.Ap of The Black Eyed Peas, Wilmer Valderrama, Miss America Pageant host Mario Lopez, who also will join Eva and Tony on the red carpet tonight, and UFC star Tito Ortiz joined them for dancing, champagne and Eva’s signature sangria. Tonight, even more of Eva’s friends are expected for her midnight countdown and champagne toast at Beso and Eve. Meantime, Eva and Kim’s toast and the tour of the nightclub party will be edited into Fox’s Billboard New Year’s Eve Live special tonight, with Carmen Electra hosting from Mandalay Bay Beach.
