• Eva Longoria Parker says Victoria Beckham is “very boring”. •

The actress is good friends with the singer-turned-fashion designer, but denies they spend all their time at glamorous parties. Instead, the pair and their other friend Kate Beckinsale prefer quiet nights in.

“We all three are not big drinkers,” Eva said. “Kate, Vicky and I are very, very boring people, we love to stay in each other’s home. We either go to Victoria’s house, or my house and we kind of just stay in.

“We have dinner, we chat, we talk. Kate comes to our game nights, we play different games and it’s a lot of fun.”

But while Victoria is a games night regular, her husband David never attends. Eva says the soccer player is far too shy to participate in games like charades, and so stays away when Victoria is playing them.

“David refuses to come over for a game night,” she laughed. “He’s the shyest person in the world so he actually doesn’t like to.”

Eva also revealed her admiration for Victoria. The actress is in awe of how Victoria balances her career in fashion with raising her three children Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, seven, and five-year-old Cruz.

“I aspire to be like Victoria one day, in the way that she is an amazing businesswoman and an amazing mom at the same time,” Eva told the British edition of OK! magazine. “I hope to continue my career and be as close to my children as she is to hers.”

• Eva Longoria Soy Butter Substitution •
Filed Under: eng • Posted By: Katerina

Eva Longoria loves to cook for both herself and hubby Tony Parker and when it comes to finding substitutions for traditional ingredients used in either Mexican or French cuisine, Longoria is never out of options.

“There’s always a healthier way to present food without compromising the taste,” Longoria said, according to Energy Times.

Although some of her favorite recipes might look unhealthy at first, a few tweaks here and there can cut harmful things like saturated fat and cholesterol, while maintaining taste.

“There are a lot of oils and lard and butters, and there’s so much that you can substitute that with.”

Longoria uses soy butter in the kitchen and also prefers heart healthy olive oil.

She once spent two years as a full time vegetarian to “cleanse her system.”

Knowing how good soy butter taste on vegetables, bread or any other item that calls for real butter, you’d think it’d make her go back.
